Terms of Service

Minglea is an interest-first social app for adults aged 18 and over, with photo rooms, topic rooms and one-to-one messages.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We ask for your date of birth before you can use social features and may pause your account if we receive credible signals that you are under 18.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your email sign-in secure. Minglea offers email sign-in only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Pornography, sexual solicitation, hate, harassment, violence, scams, illegal trade, and attempts to move harmful activity off-platform are prohibited.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Minglea has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any user, photo room, topic room or message, and block any user. We review every report within 24 hours, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate the accounts responsible.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Minglea a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service. Content is reviewed before publication and may be blocked, held for review, or removed.

6. Virtual items

Diamonds and gifts are virtual items with no cash value. They are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and non-refundable except where the law or Apple's App Store rules require otherwise. Gifts create no revenue, rank, level, privilege, or withdrawal right for the recipient.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You receive a statement of reasons and can contest a decision by emailing our support team.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We notify you of material changes and, where the legal basis requires it, ask for renewed consent.

Community Guidelines & UGC EULA

Minglea is a pure-green community. These rules apply everywhere in the app — profiles, photo rooms, topic rooms, room chat, and private messages.

Not allowed

• Pornography, nudity, sexual activity, sexual solicitation or suggestion.
• Content involving minors in any sexualized way, and any child exploitation.
• Hate speech, hateful symbols, and targeted attacks on protected characteristics.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, and repeated unwanted contact.
• Violence, gore, and content promoting dangerous behaviour.
• Promotion or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• Scams, phishing, fraud, and deceptive behaviour.
• Impersonating another person or organisation.
• Illegal goods and services, including drugs and weapons.
• Sharing private information or non-consensual intimate content.
• Spam, and attempts to move harmful activity to another platform.

UGC terms

You are responsible for what you publish. By publishing you confirm you have the rights to the content and that it follows these rules. We review content before publication; uncertain content is sent to human review.

Enforcement

We use automated detection combined with human review. Depending on severity we may hide content, remove it, close a room, restrict features, or terminate the account. You receive a statement of reasons and can contest a decision by emailing us within 14 days.

Diamond & Virtual Gift Rules

Diamonds are virtual items you buy once through the Apple App Store. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

• No cash value. Diamonds and gifts cannot be exchanged for money.
• Non-transferable. Diamonds cannot be moved between accounts.
• Non-withdrawable. Neither senders nor recipients can withdraw a balance.
• Non-refundable, except where the law or the store's rules require a refund. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies; we can route your request.
• Gifts are display items only. They never become creator revenue, a user level, a privilege, a leaderboard place, or a withdrawal right.
• Prices shown are the final localized price charged by the store.
• Before any purchase we show the pack price; before any spend we show the gift name, diamond cost, your balance, the recipient, and the no-cash-value rule.
• Diamonds are added to your balance as soon as Apple confirms the purchase. Each App Store transaction is credited once; if the app closes mid-purchase, the diamonds are added the next time you open it.
• If your account is deleted, unused diamonds are lost and are not refunded.

This notice explains how Minglea meets its obligations under the Digital Services Act.

Reporting illegal content

Any member can report a user, creator, photo room, topic room, or private message from its menu, or from Safety Center when no context exists. We attach the target ID and a content snapshot to the case automatically. You receive a case ID immediately.

Statements of reasons

When we act on content or an account, the affected member receives a statement of reasons covering the content concerned, the rule or legal basis, the detection method, the territorial scope, the duration, and whether automated means materially contributed to the decision.

Internal complaint handling

You can contest a decision by emailing our support team within 14 days. A qualified person reviews it and does not rely solely on the original automated outcome. Outcomes are upheld, modified, or reversed, always with reasons.

Out-of-court dispute settlement

You may bring the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, and you retain the right to go to court.

How rooms are listed

Rooms lists open rooms with hosts you follow first, by the number of people present, or simply newest first — you choose the order. Precise location, contact lists, diamond spend, gifts, wealth, and inferred sensitive traits are never used to order rooms.
